Storyboard Toys desires to provide a safe and fun online environment. We respect and try to protect the privacy of our customers. This policy statement explains how we collect information and how we use it. Since privacy is important to us, we ask that you read the complete statement. What information do and don't we collect? First of all, we don't collect and keep personal information from anyone unless they volunteer it, and they're 13 or older. We don't collect and keep personal information from children under age 13 without their parents' consent.

Like almost all other commercial web sites, we collect information about the number of visitors to our site and which pages visitors look at. Along with this, we collect some information you might not have thought about. If you visit our site or download information, we automatically collect and store the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet (for example, aol.com or stanford.edu), the Internet protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using, the date and time you accessed our site, and the Internet address of the website from which you linked into our site. Our main reason for collecting this information is so we can roughly assess the depth and breadth of interest in various parts of our website.

The Storyboard Toys website does NOT use cookies. (Note: in this context, a cookie is a small data file that a web site can write to your hard drive for internal reporting and record keeping purposes.)

The Storyboard ArtHouse is PATENT PENDING. We've claimed patent rights to many of the features that make ArtHouse one of the most distinctive and exciting educational-art toys available. To our knowledge, no similar product exists. If you become aware of a copy-cat product, please contact us so we can take appropriate legal action.
